对国内某钢厂生产石油套管钢的LF精炼工艺进行了研究。通过金相分析、扫描电镜、能谱分析等手段对钢中的夹杂物进行了分析,对冶炼过程氧化物夹杂的控制问题从热力学角度进行了研究。热力学计算结果表明,当钢中的 [Al]s含量为0.025%,若钙处理时钢中钙含量高于22×10-6,硫含量低于0.008%,可较容易地将Al2O3夹杂变性为低熔点的C12A7。

The LF refining process of oil casing steel at some steel work was investigated. Analytical techniques such as metallographic examination、SEM、EDS were applied to distinguish the inclusions in steel.The thermodynamics of controlling oxidation inclusions were analyzed. The thermodynamic calculation result showed that when the dissolved aluminum [A1]s was about 0.025%,if the content of calcium more than 22×10-6,sulphur less than 0.008%,it can easily to modify Al2O3 into low melting point C12A7.
