针对造成热轧带钢产品厚度波动的主要因素,提出了将轧件塑性系数和入口厚度作为输入变量的前馈AGC控制算法.阐述了Q预测前馈AGC控制系统原理,带钢跟踪方案和塑性系数Q线性化预测算法.现场应用表明,Q预测前馈AGC对抑制热轧带钢厚度偏差具有显著的效果.

Aiming at the main factors causing thickness fluctuation of hot strip, the control algorithm of the feedfor-ward AGC which takes the plasticity coefficient and entry thickness of strip as input was present. The Q prediction feedforward AGC control system principle, strip tracing scheme and the linear method of plasticity coefficient Q pre-diction were put forward. The site application results show that the strategy of Q prediction feedforward AGC has remarkably effect on decreasing thickness deviation of hot strip.
