研究了合金元素W(0.5%~1.5%)对中锰钢常规力学性能和耐磨性的影响。试验结果表明,W改变了C在中锰奥氏体钢中的分布状态,从而使中锰钢的抗拉强度、冲击韧性和耐磨性均得到了有效提高。当W含量为15%时,水韧处理中锰钢的冲击韧性提高40%,抗拉强度提高10%,耐磨性提高40%,铸态中锰钢的耐磨性提高50%。

The effect of tungsten on the mechanical properties and wear resistance of medium manganese steel has been investigated. The results show that tungsten changed the distribution of carbon in medium manganese steel, therefore the tensile strength,toughness and wear resistance of the steel increased obviously. Comparing with the medium manganese steel without tungsten, the toughness of medium manganese steel with 1.5%W after water quenching increased by 40%, the tensile strength increased by 10%, and the wear resistance increased by 40%, the wear resistance of ascast medium manganese steel increased by 50%.
