为研究在炸药爆轰作用下低密度材料形成射流的过程,采用AUTODYN有限差分软件,对低密度材料尼龙和特氟龙药型罩的成型特性做对比,得出在相同的时间下,形成射流的长度尼龙大于特氟龙,但特氟龙药型罩形成的射流一致性较好;并与广泛使用的高密度铜药型罩的成型对比,对不同时刻射流的形态及速度进行分析,得出低密度材料形成的射流有能量低、稳定性好、射流长径比较大的性质,所以对爆炸反应装甲“穿而不爆”有显著优势。

In order to study jet formation process for low-density material under detonation,the finite difference software AUTODYN was used to make a comparison of molding characteristics between low-density material nylon and Teflon liner. It is concluded that the length of the jet formed by nylon is greater than that by Teflon,but jet formation consistency of Teflon liner is better. Compared with high-density molded copper liner,the shape and velocity of the jet were analyzed at the different time,the jet formed by low-density material has low energy,good stability,large ratio of length to diameter,so it has significant advantages in penetrating explosive reaction armor.
