利用磨盘型力化学反应器对部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)进行固相力化学碾磨。随着碾磨次数的增加,特性黏度先降低,后上升,表明在碾磨过程中HPAM主链断裂,产生大分子自由基,继而发生重新聚合;平均粒径由碾磨10次的0.822μm减小到碾磨30次的0.436μm,说明碾磨后HPAM活性增强;碾磨前起始分解温度为233.9℃,碾磨10次、30次后分别为233.1℃和232.4℃,碾磨前熔融温度为209.4℃,碾磨10次、30次后分别为206.7℃和205.4℃,说明固相力化学作用使HPAM的热稳定性降低。

Pan-milling was used to the partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM) with solid phase chemical activation.Gradually with the increase of pan mill,the HPAM intrinsic viscosity becomes smaller at first,and then larger,indicating that the milling process HPAM main strand breaks,resulting in macromolecular free radicals,and subsequent re-aggregation;The average particle size is from 0.822 μm to 0.436 μm by grinding 10 to 30 times,showing activity of HPAM is enhanced after milling.Before milling,the initial decomposition temperature is 233.9 ℃,then it is 233.1 ℃ and 232.4 ℃ after milling 10 and 30 times.The melting temperature is 209.4 ℃ before milling,by milling 10 and 30 times,it is 206.7 ℃ and 205.4 ℃ respectivelyy,indicating HPAM activity enhanced and thermostability decreased under the action of the milling force field.
