在六枝烟煤中添加溴化钠(NaBr),研究了在煤粉燃烧过程中NaBr对汞的形态转化和NO的还原规律的影响.实验在石英固定床反应器上进行,温度范围为800~1100℃.实验结果表明,温度窗口为250~400℃时,NaBr对单质汞的氧化有一定的促进作用;在合适的温度范围内(800~1000℃),NaBr的添加能够有效地抑制NO的生成,取得比单独煤粉燃烧较好的脱硝效果.在900℃时,添加NaBr使NO生成量下降了60%.在1100℃时,NaBr对NO的还原有抑制作用.
