采用溶胶-凝胶法制备具有复合钙钛矿结构的单相固溶体(1-x)Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3-xBiFeO3,利用X射线衍射技术对其晶体结构进行研究,结合扫描电镜观察分析其形貌尺寸,并对不同掺杂条件下固溶体的磁性能进行测试.结果表明:BiFeO3的加入能降低Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3的烧结温度,当掺杂系数x由0.1增加到0.6时,对应的单相烧结温度由700℃降低到550℃.当x≤0.6时,其晶体结构为钙钛矿型结构;而当x>0.6时,晶体结构不再为单一钙钛矿相.其中,当x=0.25时的单相钙钛矿结构固溶体0.75Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3-0.25BiFeO3的磁性能比较突出.
