研究了具有枝晶组织的Al-5.8%Cu合金在控制熔化过程中固相形态的演变,以及加热速率、保温时间对固相形态演变的影响.分析了影响熔化组织中固相形态的因素,提出由枝晶组织直接获得适合半固态成形的球晶组织的控制熔化工艺,并制备了固相颗粒圆整、尺寸较小、分布均匀的半固态浆料.
