通过改变碱浓度和表面活性剂种类,采用水热法在0~7 mol/L NaOH的宽碱浓度下制备出纯相铁酸镍(NiFe2O4)纳米晶体.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、高分辨率透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、红外光谱和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对制备的粉体进行结构和磁性表征.结果表明:制备的NiFe2O4晶体随着碱浓度增大,晶粒尺寸先增大后减小,形状由圆形逐渐变成方形,饱和磁化强度也出现相应的变化,所得磁性粉末具有较高的饱和磁化强度和较低的矫顽力.
