从理论上分析药型罩预加热对聚能射流侵彻能力的影响,对塑性断裂的聚能射流而言,预加热药型罩可以有效增加射流长度从而提高其穿深.通过计算结果与实验数据的比较得出限制药型罩预加热参数的两个方面:炸药热爆炸的可能性及聚能射流的过度软化导致由塑性断裂转变为体积性破坏,并得到预加热药型罩提高聚能射流侵彻能力的绝对上限.

The effect of preheating liners on the penetration capability of shaped charges was analyzed theoretically. It is shown that preheating liner can effectively increase jet length and shaped?charge jet penetration for plastically fractured shaped?charge jet. Through comparison between calculation results and experimental data,two aspects of restrictions on the parameters of preheating of shaped?charge liners are established. One is the possible thermal initiation of explosive;the other is that excessive weakening of shaped?charge jet can lead to transition from plastic to volume fracture. The upper limits for increasing the penetration capability of shaped charges by preheating method are estimated.
