大型发电机槽楔和线棒之间加入弹性波纹板,利用波纹板在发电机槽内被压缩变形后产生的回弹力提供持续的压紧力。为了保证线棒固定效果,发电机楔下波纹板的回弹力必须大于线棒承受的径向电磁力。通过分别测试新、旧波纹板的回弹力,分析波纹板的应力应变特性及变化规律,探讨波纹板的尺寸及应力应变特性测试方法。结果表明:使用6年后的波纹板的力学特性仍满足要求。在测试波纹板的应力应变特性时,应注意减小测量误差。

An elastic corrugated plate is added between the slot wedge and winding bar of large genera-tor, and the corrugated plate can generate a resilience force by compressing it. To ensure the fixed effect of winding bar, the resilience force of corrugated plate under the slot wedge must be greater than the radial electromagnetic force of winding bar. Through testing the resilience force of new and old corrugated plate respectively, we analyzed their stress-strain characteristics and its change rule, and explored the size of corrugated plate and the test methods of stress-strain characteristics. The results show that the mechanical properties of the corrugated plate, which have used for six years, still can meet the requirements. We should pay attention to decrease the measurement error in testing the stress-strain characteristics of corrugated plate.
