主要介绍了湿化学法原位合成碳纳米管-硫化镉(MWCNTs-CdS)复合材料,并考察了其光解水产氢性能.结果表明,碳纳米管能显著增强CdS光解水产氢性能,碳纳米管的添加量存在一个最佳值.当碳纳米管的含量为1%(质量分数)时,MWCNTs/CdS的产氢速率最高,在使用300W氙灯光源、不加Pt共催化剂的条件下达到205μmol·g-1·h-1,产氢速率是单独CdS产氢速率的2倍多.该研究为开发高效光解水产氢催化剂提供了新的思路.
