以椭圆管连续螺旋折流板换热器作为研究对象,提出了三角形横置和竖置与同心圆环状和发散状四种布管方式,用ANSYS CFX进行数值模拟,并采用三场协同原理分析其壳侧综合性能.结果表明:同心圆环状布管流场最易形成旋转流动,壳侧压降最小;以三场协同原理作为评价标准得出,同心圆环状布管综合性能最优,其它依次是三角形竖置布管、三角形横置布管、同心发散状布管.

With continuously helical baffled heat exchangers with oval tubes as the object,four kinds of tube layout are proposed,which are concentric annular layout,concentric divergent layout,triangular horizontal layout and triangular vertical layout.The shell-side comprehensive performance is analyzed by ANSYS CFX and three-field synergy principle.The results show that the flow field ofthe heat exchanger with concentric annular layout is most likely to form a swirling flow,and has the smallest pressure drop in shell side.With the evaluation standard of three-field synergy principle,the heat exchanger with concentric annular layout conducts the best comprehensive performance,followed with triangular vertical layout,triangular horizontal tube layout and concentric divergent layout in turn.
