采用叠片腐蚀试验方法评定了无机盐型、脂肪酸型、硼酸胺型和膦酸酯型等4类9种水溶性缓蚀剂在水性环境中对钕铁硼永磁材料防腐蚀性能的影响.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量色散谱(EDS)观察了金属表面形态及元素分布.结果显示,无机盐型、硼酸胺型和膦酸酯型缓蚀剂对钕铁硼永磁材料均无明显的缓蚀作用,而脂肪酸型缓蚀剂对钕铁硼永磁材料有一定的缓蚀作用,其中以双十一酸(DC11)的防腐蚀效果最为突出,并且随着缓蚀剂浓度的增大,防腐蚀性能逐渐提高.

The effects of nine kinds of water-soluble inhibitors including inorganic salt type, fatty acid type, amine borate type, and phosphate type inhibitors on the corrosion behavior of NdFeB permanent magnet in aqueous mediums were investigated using superposition test method. The morphology and elemental distribution of the metallic surfaces were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry. Results indicate that the inorganic salt type, amine borate type, and phosphate type inhibitors have little inhibition action for NdFeB permanent magnet, while fatty acid type inhibitors are able to inhibit the corrosion of the NdFeB permanent magnet to a certain degree. In particular, di-undeeanoic acid had the most prominem inhibition action for the NdFeB permanent magnet, and its inhibition capability increased with increasing concentration.
