针对气泡在结晶器内运动引起的板坯质量问题,使用离散相模型和水力学物理模拟相结合的方法,对气泡的分布特征和行为进行了研究。结果表明,水口出口面积和角度一定时,水流量是影响双回流区内气泡分布状态的决定性因素,可以控制拉速来控制气泡分布状态。随着直径的减小,气泡在液体内停留时间和运动行程增加,在钢液中的氩气泡直径应以075~1 mm为宜。

Aiming at the quality defect caused by the motion of bubbles in the slab, the bubble distribution in the slab continuous casting mold was investigated by using discrete phase model simulation and water modeling experiment. The results show that the bubble distribution in the water model is dominated by water flow rate as the area and angle of the nozzle outlet are fixed, so it can be regulated by controlling the casting speed in the mold. The residence time and path of bubbles in liquid increase with decrease of their diameters and the diameter of argon bubble is better in 075-1 mm in molten steel.
