首先将偶氮类引发剂引到纳米二氧化硅的表面,然后以此为引发剂,以甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯基二硫代萘甲酸酯(TNPBE)为链转移剂(CTA),进行甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯的可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)自由基聚合,制备了甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯/纳米二氧化硅(PHEMA/nano-SiO_2)有机/无机杂化材料,并用红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)和热失重(TG)等方法对其结构和性能进行了表征与测试.研究结果表明,聚合物已经接枝到了纳米二氧化硅的表面,整个非均相体系中的聚合反应都是在链转移剂的作用下进行的,TG分析说明了此杂化材料的热稳定性良好.

A kind of organic/inorganic PHEMA/nano-SiO_2 hybrid material was prepared though reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer polymerization(RAFT) of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) using nano-silicon carried azo initiator as initiator and 2-thionaphthalenylsulfanyl-propionic acid t-butyl ester (TNPBE) as chain transfer agent (CTA). The microstructures and the properties were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and thermogravimetry analysis (TG), etc. The results indicate that the polymer has grafted from nano-silicon surface. The heterogeneous polymerization is carried out in the present of chain transfer agent (CTA). Meanwhile, TG results reveal that thethermal stability of the hybrid material is very well.
