研究了硬脂酸对丁基橡胶阻尼材料胶料混炼工艺技术的改性,以及对体系相态结构和相关力学性能的影响.结果表明:在丁基橡胶阻尼材料体系中加入适量的硬脂酸可以显著降低共混胶料体系的门尼粘度,有利于丁基橡胶胶料的混炼加工,明显优化了混炼胶体系的相态结构,提高了第二组分的分散性和分散效果.在混炼胶体系中添加2份硬脂酸可以消除硫化成型后橡胶制品中的气泡现象,且对成型产品的力学性能和力学阻尼性能等综合使用性能没有不良影响.

The effects of stearic acid(SA) on the mixing technology,and its effects on the phase structure and mechanical properties of butyl rubber damping materials are investigated. The results show that in the study system, the Mooney viscosity of butyl rubber compounds decreases remarkably, the phase structure, the dispersing effects and mixing state are all improved. Under 2phr of the SA, the air bubble phenomenon and number in the damping materials greatly eliminates,and there are no bad influences on the mechanical properties and the damping properties.
