制备了系列数均分子量为5500、6000、8500和20000的聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵-丙烯酰胺;对聚合物进行纯化处理后,采用提纯聚合物、未提纯聚合物和质子化后的提纯聚合物进行钠基蒙脱土的改性;选用数均分子量为6000的提纯聚合物进行了不同用量聚合物改性钠基蒙脱土的研究.结果表明,本实验条件下制备的提纯聚合物能够顺利进行蒙脱土插层;聚合物中未反应单体的存在不利于聚合物大分子插层蒙脱土;对聚合物进行质子化处理后,其对蒙脱土的插层无明显影响;提纯PDMAM聚合物(6000Mn)改性蒙脱土的层间距随聚合物用量的增加而增大;当聚合物用量为1.4CEC时,聚合物改性蒙脱土XRD谱图中的衍射峰宽化.
