利用扫描电镜和金相显微镜等检测设备对拉拔断裂的70钢线材进行了检测分析，经检测分析该线材组织中出现了异常马氏体组织，导致其硬度过高，在拉拔中发生断裂。
The cracked 70 wire had been analyzed by SEM and optical microscopy.The result showed that wire fracture were caused by the high hardness due to the abnormal martensite microstructure.
