研究了1Cr11Ni2W2MoV不锈钢在500—700℃水蒸气与NaCl协同作用下的腐蚀行为。该不锈钢在未涂NaCl的情况下,不论通水蒸气与否腐蚀增重均很小,盐、水蒸气协同作用使其腐蚀显著加剧.用金相、X射线衍射、电子探针观察分析了腐蚀产物,提出了盐水加速1Cr11Ni2W2MoV不锈钢腐蚀的作用机制

The corrosion behavior of a steel 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV has been studied in the presence of NaCl and water vapor at 500 - 700 ℃. The results indicate that corrosion of the steel 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV was not obvious in the atmospheres without NaCl, while corrosion was severely speeded up when the atmosphere contained NaCl and water vapor. Optical microscope (OM),X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) were used to analyse the corrosion products. The mechanism of the effect of water vapor and NaCl on corrosion of this steel was proposed.
