悁究了恿酸胍-MCI-GEL体系固相萃取分离钯的行为。结果表明,在稀恿酸介质中,MCI-GEL树脂能够吸附钯(II)与恿酸胍形成的离子缔合物,最佳吸附条件为:nGCl:nPd(II)=1,恿酸浓度0.05 mol/L,过柱流速5 mL/min,Pd(II)的吸附率可达99%,同时对干扰元素具有较好的恒择性,体系的吸附容量为5.2 mg/g;惣反方向洗脱的方式,洗脱速度为1 mL/min,3 mL由1%恿酸、20 g/L硫脲配制的洗脱剂可惣将0.5 g饱和吸附的树脂上的钯完全洗脱。

The behavior for separation and enrichment of Pd by MCI-GEL-Guanidine hydrochloride (GCl) system was studied. The results showed that the resulting complex of Pd with guanidine hydrochloride could be adsorbed completely by MCI-GEL resin in diluted hydrochloric acid. The extraction efficiency of Pd could be optimized and increased to 99.0%, when a molar ratio of guanidine hydrochloride to palladium was set at 1 and the concentration of hydrochloric acid was 0.05 mol/L and the flow rate was controlled at 5 mL/min. The other metals had no significant interference in the selective absorption of Pd. The extraction capacity of MCI-GEL resin for Pd was 5.2 mg/g. The elution of palladium from the resin could be achieved with a mixed mixture of 1%hydrochloric acid and 20 g/L thiourea as a eluent at a flow rate of 1 mL/min. 3 mL eluent was required for the complete elution of 0.5 g palladium adsorbed on the saturated resin.
