本文分别利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜和电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术,对热轧板表面氧化皮显微结构的表征进行研究。结果表明,光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜能观察到氧化皮的分层;原子力显微镜可根据磁性区分氧化皮成分;EBSD技术不仅能够鉴别氧化皮的不同结构,而且能够鉴定其组成相,并显示其晶粒度和晶界特征。
In this study, the microstructures of oxide scales on hot-rolled strips were characterized by Optical Microscopy (OM), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Atom Force Microscopy (AFM) and EBSD technique, respectively. The results show that double scale can be distinguished by OM and SEM. Composition can be identified by AFM according to magnetism. EBSD not only can distinguish the microstructures of oxide scales but also can identify phases in it. Moreover, the grain size and boundaries of oxide scales were also be characterized by EBSD.
