通过对奥氏体高锰钢进行合金化和水韧处理,研制出合金化高锰钢Mn13MoVTi,并对其锻造塑性、力学性能、显微组织等进行分析.结果表明:研制的Mn13MoVTi钢经过水韧处理后,冲击韧性是普通高锰钢的1.41倍,屈服强度是普通高锰钢的1.39倍,抗拉强度是普通高锰钢的1.83倍;组织为奥氏体基体和均匀、细小、弥散分布的颗粒状碳化物,碳化物强化了奥氏体基体.

The alloyed high manganese steel Mn13MoVTi was developed by alloying and water quenching based on austenitic high manganese steel,and the forging plasticity,mechanical properties and microstructure of the new developed steel were analyzed.The results showed that the toughness,yield strength and tensile strength of the steel after water quenching were as 1.41 times,1.39 times and 1.83 times as those of common high manganese steel respectively.The microstructure was fine carbide particles uniformly distributing in austenitic matrix which hardened the austenitic matrix.
