以十八胺改性的酞菁绿G为显示颗粒,Span80为电荷控制剂,四氯乙烯为分散介质,油溶黄为背景色,制备了分散稳定的电泳液.以明胶阿拉伯树胶为壁材,采用复合凝聚法制备了电子墨水微胶囊.实验表明,改性的酞菁绿G在四氯乙烯中具有良好的分散性;在E=10V/μm,实现了电泳液电泳显示,且黄绿双色互变清晰、明显,实现了相互遮盖;在平行电极显示中,当加E=0.5V/μm时,酞菁绿G颗粒在电子墨水微胶囊中实现了快速移动,表现了良好的电场响应.

The stably dispersed electrophoretic fluid contains octadecylamine-modified phthalocyanine green G which is used as electrophoretic display particles, Span80 as charge control agent, tetrachloroethylene (TCE) as dispersion medium, and oil-soluble yellow as background. The electronic ink microcapsules are prepared by complex coacervation, and the shell is made from gelatin and gum arabic. Parallel electrodes display shows that the mobility of phthalocyanine green G in the electronic ink microcapsules and the conversion between yellow and green is good. The results show that the modified phthalocyanine green G particles have good dispersion and reversibility under electric field.
