本文利用生物柴油副产甘油与丁二酸酐进行反应制备胶粘剂,考察了甘油与丁二酸酐配比、固化温度、固化时间对胶粘剂拉伸剪切强度和耐水性的影响,并利用红外(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)对胶粘剂进行了表征。结果表明:甘油与丁二酸酐反应生成了酯,在甘油/丁二酸酐的摩尔比为1∶1.7、固化温度为180℃、固化时间为2h的条件下,胶粘剂的拉伸剪切强度可达到13.1MPa,在水中浸泡24h后拉伸剪切强度仍达到11.7MPa。

Adhesive was prepared using raw glycerol from biodiesel production and succinic anhydride.The effects of preparation conditions such as ratio of glycerol to succinic anhydride,as well as curing temperature and time,on the lap sheer strength and water resistance of adhesive were investigated.The adhesive was also characterized using Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Results showed that the lap shear strength of the adhesive reached to 13.8MPa under the optimum preparation conditions that mole ratio of glycerol to succinic anhydride was 1∶1.7,curing temperature and time were 180℃ and 2h,respectively.The lap shear strength of the adhesive immerged in water for 24h could reach to 11.7MPa.
