本文用固相反应法制备了Y1-xCax(Ba1-xCex)2Cu3O7-δ(x=0~0.1)一系列样品.利用X射线衍射法(XRD)对其粉体的物相进行了表征,发现随着掺杂量的增加,样品的晶体结构有从正交相向四方相转变的趋势.采用标准四端引线法系统的测量了样品的超导电性,发现随着掺杂量的增加,样品的超导转变温度呈逐渐降低的趋势.并对实验结果进行了详细的理论分析.

A series of Y1-xCax(Ba1-xCex)2Cu3O7-δ(x=0~0.1) superconductor samples were prepared by solid- state reaction method. The morphology and structure of samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction. With the increase of substituting quantity, the structure of the sample has trend from the orthogonal phase to tetragonal phase gradually. The samples of superconductivity are measured systematic using normal four terminals method. The result indicates that superconducting transition temperature has a tendency of obvious dropping with the increase of Ca and Ce substituting quantity. And finally, we do the detailed theoretical analysis of experimental.
