用光敏感化合物在紫外可见光照射下能发出荧光的特性,筛选了三种光敏感材料,分别将它们添加进环氧漆中制备光敏智能涂层涂覆在含钪铝合金的表面,对铝合金的早期腐蚀进行监测预警。用荧光光谱研究了光敏材料的荧光特性。通过全浸腐蚀试验和盐雾试验研究传感涂层中光敏物质的荧光特性变化与铝合金腐蚀的对应关系,光学显微及扫描电子显微分析表明荧光特征点处即为铝合金基体腐蚀过程中发生阳极过程的区域。探讨了传感涂层对腐蚀监测的灵敏度,并对光敏智能涂层监测铝合金腐蚀的工作机理进行了分析。研究表明,所选的三种光敏材料均能有效地监测到铝合金基体的腐蚀位置及腐蚀发展过程。

Three kinds of light-group sensitive materials are chosen to incorporat into primer coating, coated on the aluminum alloy surface, so as to make sure their light sensitive performance for the early prediction of corrosion of the aluminum alloy. The relation between the characteristic changes of light-group sensitive materials in coating and corrosion rate was studied. The sensitivity of light-group sensitive materials for corrosion detection was discussed. Primary connection mode between the coating and the concentration of light-group sensitive materials is set up. Finally, the mechanism of the light-group sensitive coating for detecting corrosion of the aluminum alloy is analyzed. It is found that, the three kinds of light-group sensitive materials in the coating predicted efficiently the corrosion rate of the aluminum alloy substrate.
