介绍了电磁搅拌与轻压下技术在安钢板坯铸机上的应用情况。分析认为,在板坯厚度为150mm、宽度大于2 500mm的超宽板坯铸机上使用电磁搅拌技术难度较大,采用轻压下技术较好,在低合金高强钢种上板坯酸洗低倍质量最好可达中心偏析B类0.5级、中心疏松0.5级;而在断面为800~1 650mm×210/230mm的常规板坯铸机上使用电磁搅拌技术为宜,试验得出最高低倍评级可达中心偏析C类0.5级、中心疏松0.5级。

The application of electromagnetic stirring and soft-reduction technologies in the billet casters of Anyang Steel is introduced in this paper. It shows that it is difficult to use electromagnetic stirring technology in the casting machine for billet with a width of more than 2500 mm and a thickness of 150 mm. For above conditions, the best way is to adopt softreduction technologsoft-reduction technology. The best internal quality of billet for HSLA steels can reach center segregation of B class of 0. 5 grade and center osteoporosis of 0. 5 grade. Using electromagnetic stirring technology is appropriate for the condition of 800-1650 mm× 210/230 rnm conventional slab, the best internal quality is center segregation of C class of 0. 5 grade and center osteoporosis of 0. 5 grade.
