高动态范围图像是航空遥感、虚拟现实、医疗图像、跨媒体出版领域中极其重要和广泛应用的一种方法,但所表现的广阔动态范围受到显示和输出处理位数的限制,致使在常规设备上显示和输出HDR图像必须进行原阶调范围的压缩.如何保证阶调压缩后的HDR图像再现效果最佳是目前HDR图像显示的关键技术.本文在分析目前6种代表性高动态范围图像阶调压缩算法机理的基础上,通过对各种算法对HDR图像压缩后再现效果影响的理论分析及实验,采用主观和客观两种评价方法比较了这6种HDR图像压缩算法的优劣.实验结果表明,基于iCAM06图像色貌模型的压缩算法在HDR图像的阶调压缩及再现方面具有明显的优势.
