爆轰合成纳米氧化铈过程中,爆轰产物中含有部分可溶于酸的金属氧化物杂质.为去除这些杂质,获得高纯度的纳米氧化铈粉末,设计了基于硝酸、盐酸两种酸的正交试验,考查了硝酸量、盐酸量、提纯时间、提纯温度等参数对纳米氧化铈纯度的影响,提出了适用于爆轰法制备的纳米氧化铈的提纯方法.结果表明,温度对于纯度的影响最为显著,硝酸量和盐酸量两因素本身对纯度的影响均不大,但二者表现出了强烈的交互作用.验证实验表明,正交试验设计合理,通过该方法得到的纳米氧化铈纯度可达到99.9%以上.
