攀钢含钛高炉渣是一种尚待开发利用的钛资源。 选用攀钢含钛高炉渣经选择 性分离后的富钛精矿为原料, 以液固异相反应的收缩未反应芯模型研究了硫酸法制 取钛白的反应动力学过程。 根据搅拌强度和温度对反应的影响判别反应过程为 膜扩散控制过程; 分析了反应速度的温度因素和粒度因素, 导出了硫酸分解富钛精矿的动 力学方程式, 并按该方程计算得到反应温度在60~80?℃的活化 能为34.59?kJ/mol。

The Ti-rich blast furnace slag in Panzhihua St eel & Iron Company is a kind of important titanium resource, which is to be used. Selective separation t echniques have been applied to treat with the blast furnace slag and get rich ti tanium concentrate to produce titanium white in our laboratory. The acidification kine tics of reaction of TiO2-rich concentrate with H2SO4 was investigated. The co ntrolli ng step was judged as membrane diffusion-controlled step. Temperature and sizes factors that influence reaction rate were analyzed. The kinetic equation of diss olution reaction for H2SO4 and the rich titanium concentrate was found. The act ive energy within 60~80℃ was also obtained to be 34.59kJ/mol.
