国内某核电站在进行某核岛容器的地脚螺栓复核螺栓力矩时,一颗螺栓发生了断裂。采用宏观形貌、化学成分、金相、物相、扫描电镜观察和电化学性能测试等手段对地脚螺栓断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明,容器罐体酸洗钝化时,酸洗液渗入地脚螺栓孔中,地脚螺栓因缝隙腐蚀和电偶腐蚀逐渐变细,最终在扭矩校核时发生断裂失效。同时,本文提出了防止该类地脚螺栓在其使用过程中发生类似事件的建议。

During checking the anchor bolt torque of the container in nuclear island of a nuclear power plant, a bolt had broken. The visual examination, chemical analysis, metallography, phase analysis, SEM and electrochemical tests were performed and analyzed, The results showed that acid-washing solution seeped into the anchor hole during the container tank pickling and passivating. The bolt was tapered off to some extent due to crevice corrosion and galvanic corrosion and ruptured ultimately during the torque check. Several measures for the corrosion control were proposed.
