通过联苯甲酰与氨基的缩合反应合成了联苯喹喔啉,并对其进行了表征,研究了其热性能和电性能.将联苯喹喔啉作为电子传输层,制作了ITO/α- NPD/Alq/DDPQL/LiF/Al有机电致发光器件,其性能在13.5V时最高亮度为12100cd/m2,在13.0V时最大电流效率为4.97cd/A,外部量子效率为1.92%,最低驱动电压为3.5V.表明该化合物具备优良的电子传输性能.
