通过扫描电镜和透射电镜观察Zr-Nb-Cu合金最终退火板材的显微组织及第二相,并利用选区电子衍射确定第二相晶体结构.结果表明,在Zr-Nb-Cu合金退火板材中存在两种第二相,第1种为体心立方(bcc)的β-Nb,尺寸较小,在晶粒内部弥散分布 ;第2种尺寸较大,在晶界分布,这种第二相为含Fe和Nb的四方结构Zr2Cu相.
