利用棉花模板辅助的两步法制备了ZnO-Zn2TiO4中空纳米纤维结构光催化材料,利用热重分析(TG)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和紫外-可见光谱(UV-vis)等技术对其晶体结构、组成、形貌、光吸收特性等进行了表征.以罗丹明B (RB)的降解脱色为模型反应,考察了不同的钛-锌元素质量比(%)对复合材料光催化性能的影响.实验结果表明:所制得的ZnO-Zn2TiO4纳米纤维材料保留了棉花纤维的形貌;Zn2TiO4的引入极大地提高了ZnO材料在紫外光下的光催化活性,并且元素质量比为8%的前驱体在650℃焙烧2.5h时所得样品具有最佳的光催化效果.如在紫外光下,可使RB溶液反应2h的降解脱色率达96.44%,一级反应动力学常数k1达到1.142h-1.同时,该催化剂具有良好的稳定性能,重复使用5次,其对RB溶液的降解脱色率仍在86%以上.
