通过取代苯酚与苯并异噻唑啉酮(BIT)反应,合成了6个未见文献报道的1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮-2-甲酸苯酯类化合物作为一类新型防污剂,研究了合成化合物对藤壶二期无节幼虫的急性毒性效应.实验结果表明该类化合物对藤壶幼虫均有良好的毒杀作用;活性最优者,24 h半数致死浓度仅为0.47 mg/L.浅海挂板90 d防污效果良好,未见明显污损生物附着.引入具有杀菌活性的酚类基团后,1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮-2-甲酸苯酯类化合物比BIT具有更优良的防污性能.
