基于中厚板轧制过程中头部厚度超差原因,分析了传统的头部补偿方法的不足之处。在此基础上开发了一种新型头部厚度控制的方法,可以在不同钢种和不同规格的轧制条件下,利用轧制过程实际数据,进行轧件塑性系数计算,自动修正头部沉入量;采用指数型补偿曲线,使钢板切头之后成品厚度尺寸达标并且切头质量减少,提高了产品的成材率。

Based on the cause of gauge oversizing of plate head,the traditional head gauge compensation methods were analyzed. A new gauge control method for plate head was developed.For the plates of different steel grade and different dimensions,the plasticity coefficient is calculated, and gauge compensation for plate head is automatically adjusted.Adopting the exponential compensation curve,the gauge deviation is allowable after cropping, and metal yield can be improved.
