以稻壳为原料,经磷酸浸渍,在400-600℃干馏炭化,行星式球磨机球磨后用KH570表面处理得到C/SiO2微粉,其进行了XRD衍射、比表面积、孔径分布、红外、扫描电镜和差热等分析表征。C/SiO2微粉样品的比表面积为308m2/g,孔径分布主要集中于80nm-140nm,中位径3.34μm。以C/SiO2微粉为改性剂增强环氧树脂,使复合体系的力学性能较纯环氧体系的有显著提高。

C/SiO2 micropowder was prepared from rice husk through phosphoric acid impregnation, 400 -600℃ carbonization, planetary ball milling, and KH570 surface treating. The micropowder was characterized by means of X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), specific surface area analysis, pore size measurement, infrared absorption spectrum fIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the micropowder have a high specific surface area of 308m2/g, the pore size distributing within 80nm-140nm and the median diameter of about 3.34μm. The micropowder was used as a reinforcement modifier to epoxy resin, and some mechanical properties of the modifier composite were singularly enhanced.
