本实验以工业氢氧化铝、粘土、某氧化物催化剂以及有机成型剂为主要原料,采用二次煅烧工艺,低温预烧排除部分有机物后,再高温气体催化制备针状莫来石.实验结果表明:二次煅烧工艺能够有效消除有机物的毒化作用,当预烧温度为400 ℃,保温30 min,制得针状莫来石显微形貌良好;当预烧温度低于400 ℃则无法消除有机物的毒化作用;预烧温度高于450 ℃,则因催化剂挥发量加大,而对催化反应产生不利影响.
