以丝胶蛋白(SS)、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为主要原料,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备了丝胶蛋白/丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺复合吸水材料,并考察了其在不同条件下的吸水性能。结果表明,SS/AA/AM复合吸水材料在去离子水、自来水、0.9%NaCl溶液中的吸水倍率分别为261 g/g~313 g/g、172 g/g~198 g/g、32 g/g~39 g/g,复合吸水材料的热熔融温度和氧化分解温度发生了变化,热熔融温度从223℃变化到了226℃,说明丝胶蛋白与丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺发生了良好的聚合。

Silk sericine/acrylic acid/acrylamide(SS/AA/AM) composite absorbent material were synthesized by silk sericine,acrylic acid and acrylamide in water when N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide(MBA) was used as crosslinker.and ammonium persulfate(APS) as initiator.The water absorbency performance under different conditions were investigated.The results show the absorbent ratio of SF/AA/AM superbabsorbent polymer in deionized water,tap water and 0.9% NaCl solution is 261 g/g~313 g/g,172 g/g~198 g/g,32 g/g~39 g/g respectively.The melting temperature and oxidative decomposition temperature of the synthesized polymer have changed,the melting temperature have changed from 223 ℃ to 226 ℃,proving that the silk fibroin had polymerized well with acrylic acid and acrylamide.
