以包钢含氟烧结矿的粘结相为研究对象,考察了粘结相的物性随粘结相组成的变化规律。通过改变粘结相的碱度及MgO、CaF2和FeO的含量研究了不同成分粘结相的熔化特性及其熔化后对Fe3O4的润湿性。研究结果表明:碱度变大,MgO含量增加使粘结相的熔化温度升高,润湿角增大;CaF2和FeO能降低粘结相的熔化温度和润湿角。

The physical characteristics of binding phase in fluorinebearing sinter at Baotou Steel were studied and the relationship between physical properties and binding phase’s composition was obtained. By adjusting the basicity and the content of MgO, CaF2 or FeO of binding phase, the melting characteristics and wetting angles of different binding phase to Fe3O4 were investigated. The results show that melting temperature and wetting angle increase with increase of basicity or MgO content while decrease with increase of CaF2 or FeO content.
