对原料粉体ξ电位的研究表明,粘结剂硅溶胶加入后,所有粉体的ξ电位在pH=10左右都有不同程度的下降,说明各粉体的分散性得到了提高;同时浆料粘度存在一个最小值,浆料最佳分散pH值在10左右.羧甲基纤维素(CMC)的最佳加入量为0.2 wt%.制备出了适于有机泡沫体浸渍成型的具有一定触变性的陶瓷浆料.
