采用DSC差热分析方法,研究了RE和TiC添加以及Zn含量变化对Mg-xZn-4Al-0.5Mn合金DSC曲线的影响.结果表明:对于Mg-8Zn-4Al-0.25Mn合金,单独添加0.4%RE和同时添加0.4%RE与1vol%TiC均使合金的凝固温度范围大大减小,但对凝固峰值温度影响不大.而对于添加了0.4%Sb和0.25%RE的Mg-xZn-4Al-0.25Mn合金,随着Zn含量从8%增加到12%,合金的凝固峰值温度下降,但凝固温度范围变化不大.
