为研制具有可见光响应的光催化剂,本文以硝酸锌和钛酸四丁酯为原料,通过溶胶-凝胶法和高温气固相氮化反应制备了具有可见光响应的新型光催化剂Zn_xTiO_yN_z .并用X射线衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱和紫外-可见漫反射光谱等测试手段对其结构进行了表征.同时还研究了Pt的负载量对光催化分解水制氢反应活性的影响.结果表明:在大于400nm的可见光照射下,在Pt的负载量为1.8wt%(质量百分比)时,产氢速率为36.2μmolh~(-1) .

To develop a kind of photocatalyst which can respond to visible light, a new kind of photocatalysts, Zn_xTiO_yN_z powders, was prepared using Zn(NO_3)_2 and Ti(OC_4H_9)_4 as starting substance by sol -gel method and nitridation of solid phase at high temperature. The prepared samples were characterized by X - ray diffrac-tion, X- ray photoelectron spectroscopy and ultraviolet- visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The influ-ence of Pt loading amount of Zn_xTiO_yN_z on the hydrogen production by photocatalytic hydrolyzation was also in-vestigated. Results indicated that under visible light (λ > 400 nm) irradiation, the rate of hydrogen evolution was 36. 2 μmol/h when the loading amount of Pt was 1.8 wt%.
