高级检索

利用光子隧穿效应设计一种高Q/V值小体积微腔.通过传输矩阵的方法研究该结构的光学传输性质.在光子隧穿传输模式下,该微腔具有一系列分离的传输模式,每个传输模式都具有较高的Q值.如果微腔由非线性材料构成,则会出现光学双稳态现象.微腔传输模式的级数越高,光学双稳态的阈值越低.研究结果为光学微腔的设计提供参考.
