采用荧光探针技术,根据芘的第一振动峰I_1 (373 nm)与第三振动峰I_3 (384 nm)荧光强度的比值(I_1/I_3)随乳化剂浓度的变化,对十二烷基磺酸钠(AS)与壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(Oπ-10)复配乳化剂的CMC值进行了测定,并与十二烷基磺酸钠(AS),壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(Oπ-10)的CMC值进行了比较,结果表明复配乳化剂的CMC介于两者之间.以二苯甲酮为猝灭剂,用稳态荧光法测定了不同比例复配乳化剂的胶束聚集数,实验结果表明,复配乳化剂浓度为4-9倍CMC时,测定的胶束聚集数随复配乳化剂浓度的增大而线性增大;且Oπ-10:AS<2:1时,随着复合乳化剂中Oπ-10比例的增大,复配乳化剂胶束聚集数增大.利用芘的I_1/I_3值,结合胶束微环境的极性变化规律,探讨了复配乳化剂的聚集行为对硅丙乳液聚合物的影响.

The critical micelle concentration(CMC) of sodium dodecyl sulphonate (AS) and polyoxyethylene nonyl phenol ethers(Oπ-10)composite emulsifier was detected and compared with the CMC of AS and Oπ-10 respectively by fluorescence probe technique according to the ratio of fluorescence intensity corresponding to first vibronic peak (I_1,λ=373 nm) and third vibronic peak(I_3,λ=384 nm) of pyrene(I_1/I_3)which varied with the emulsifier concentration. The results showed that the CMC of composite emulsifiers was between the CMC of AS and Oπ-10. The aggregation numbers of micelle with different ratios of composite emulsifiers were detected by steady-state fluorescence probe method in which Benzophenone was used as quencher,the experimental results showed that the aggregation number increased linearly with the increase of concentration of composite emulsifiers in the range of 4-9 times of CMC,and the aggregation number increased with the raise of the ratio of the Oπ-10 in composite emulsifiers. The effect of Composite Emulsifiers' aggregation behaviors on the polymerization of organosilion-acrylate core-shell emulsion was discussed according to the I_1/I_3 values of pyrene.
