高级检索

采用广义梯度近似处理的全电势线性缀加平面波法计算了掺P锐钛矿相TiO2的电子密度、能带结构和态密度.计算结果表明,P掺杂使锐钛矿相TiO2在费米能级附近出现3条杂质能带,使能带宽度减小,从而有效地提高了TiO2的可见光响应.
