电镀是国民经济建设的重要产业,但也存在着显著的环境负面影响.为此,分析了我国电镀行业的发展形势和污染现状,提出了电镀污染防治对策必须由过去的末端治理转为清洁生产全过程控制,并从环境管理、质量管理和生产技术管理等方面构建电镀清洁生产管理模式.提出了电镀清洁生产管理对策.

The development situation of electroplating industry in China and existent pollution to environment were analyzed, and countermeasures for clean production of electroplating were proposed. It was pointed out that electroplating as one of the major industries in national economy also caused serious negative impact on environment. Therefore, it was imperative to implement overall clean production of electroplating instead of final stage treatment as usual. Also important was to establish management mode of clean production in the light of environmental management, quality management and production technology management.
