本文采用小角转动法(Small-Angle Magnetization Rotation)对(Co(77-x)FexSi8B15(x=4,5,7))钴基玻璃包覆非晶丝的磁致伸缩系数进行了测量,研究了拉应力(σ)对不同成分的钴基玻璃包覆非晶丝磁致伸缩系数的影响。实验结果表明:三种成分玻璃包覆非晶丝的磁致伸缩系数均随着外应力的增加逐渐减小;Co72Fe5Si8B15玻璃包覆非晶丝的磁致伸缩系数随着外应力的增加从+1.1×10-7 (σ=0MPa) 变为-3.3×10-7 (σ=1880MPa),存在一个由正变负的过程。

The magnetostriction coefficient of Co-based (Co(77-x)FexSi8B15(x=4,5,7)) amorphous glass-covered wires (AGCW) was measured by the method of Small Angle Magnetization Rotation (SAMR). The influence of tensile stress on magnetostriction coefficient was investigated. The results showed that: The magnetostriction coefficient of all three samples decreas with increasing of σ. The magnetostriction coefficient of Co72Fe5Si8B15 sample decreas from +1.1×10-7 (σ=0 MPa) to -3.3×10-7 (σ=1880 MPa) with increasing of σ, which show a sign change from positive to negative.
