介绍了厚度为0.11 mm的无碱玻璃布补强少胶云母带的胶粘剂、粉云母纸、补强材料的选择以及制造工艺,并分析了影响该少胶粉云母带电气强度、拉伸强度、透气性等性能的重要因素。结果表明:选用EW32无碱玻璃布、渗透时间为14~15 s的云母纸,控制胶含量为8%时,制得少胶云母带的使用工艺性及综合性能良好,可以满足电机真空压力浸漆(VPI)的应用要求。

The selection of adhesive, mica paper and reinforcing material of a dry mica tape reinforced by e-glass cloth with the thickness of 0.11 mm and its manufacturing process were introduced, and the factors influencing the electric strength, tensile strength and permeability of the dry mica tape were ana-lyzed. The results show that through selecting EW32 e-glass cloth and mica paper with penetration time of 14~15 s and controlling the adhesive content to 8%,the prepared dry mica tape has good using tech-nology and comprehensive properties, which can satisfy the application requirements of motor in vacuum pressure impregnating.
